Robert Thompson Lambert lived at 58 Tyne Street, then 4 Tynemouth Road, North Shields and latterly at 31 Central Ave North Shields. He worked as a painter under his own name but also under the names,Thomas/Telford Robson/Telford Lambert and Thompson Lambert. He had a shop at 58 Tyne Street (Picture Framer and Gilder), then Linskill Street and later Camden Street. He inherited the business from his father. He exhibited at Laing Art Gallery, Newcastle.
